All up in the City Paper and elsewhere....

The DMFS is a featured story in this week's Baltimore City Paper! Many thanks to Jess Harvell for sitting down and chatting with us. A big thanks also to Racer's Bar on Harford Road for not freaking out about us being there in costume for the interview. If you are a beer drinker or just looking for a good time and could eat free peanuts all day, be sure to make a visit and get yourself a 2fer! Tell them the DMFS sent you! And they'll probably give you a weird look of course, but that's okay, because the beer selection is always nice and the peanuts are always free. TIP YOUR BARTENDER!
We got an album review of the Die Humpin! album from the folks at Baltimore@home.com Thanks to Brian Campbell for reviewing our new release and had these kind words to say:
"Let’s put it this way, this record is so funny and good musically that I listened to it musically. It is not too long and dragged out (38 minutes) like a lot of records, and it is catchy enough to grab and hold your attention the whole time it is playing. A lot of records have peaks and valleys, and the valleys usually are where the listener gets bored and loses interest in the music. Die Humpin’ somehow has none of those valleys, at least none that I noticed.
If you want to laugh, and perhaps cry, then listen to Die Humpin'. You might come out of it with a different outlook on life … or maybe not."
In other news, we've been YTMNDed!!!!!!!! Someone took our "You're Too Skinny" song off the DIE HUMPIN' album and used it, quite effectively might I add, to make a comment on Keira Knightley's figure. Awesomeness. It is an honor to get YTMNDed and we fully encourage other fans to make YTMND's for the DMFS! Show us your YTMND creations and the band will send you special gifts!
-Mike
